Venue tour
We organize visits to the shortlisted venues with a member of our team. You ask everything on-site and feel the venue's atmosphere in real conditions.
Validation
You pick your favorite. We handle the contracting, terms, deposits and every piece of admin for you.
Vendor booking
Our exclusive partner network (DJs, caterers, photographers, decorators, security) is at your disposal. We coordinate bookings and you approve each vendor.
Check-list guide
D-30, you receive the Venue Agency guide: a complete event check-list, detailed timeline, key contacts. Our team stays available until D-day to support you.
